This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you,the user, and Lenks.ai, and it governs your access to and use of our platform, features, and services. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to regularly review them to stay informed of any changes. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strongly advised to discontinue your use of the platform immediately. Continuing to use Lenks.ai after any changes to these terms will signify your acceptance of the updated conditions, which may be subject to different rules or regulations.
1. Introduction
This website and the Lenks.ai meeting management platform (collectively, the 'Service') are protected by copyright owned by Lenks.Ai and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern all aspects of access, visitation, and use of the Service. By accessing, visiting, or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Use of Service
Lenks.Ai is committed to providing a safe and positive experience for all users. The Service is designed to simplify meeting organization, scheduling, and execution across organizations of various sizes. You must comply with all applicable laws, including those of Saudi Arabia and any applicable data transmission regulations. You agree not to share or store obscene or inappropriate content; threaten, harass, stalk, defraud, or defame others; violate intellectual property rights; advertise or promote third-party products or services without authorization; collect or publish personal data without consent or legal eligibility; send spam or unsolicited messages; use deceptive source information; access any system or content without authorization; disrupt or breach the security of the Service; engage in illegal or criminal activities; or encourage others to engage in prohibited activities. Violating these terms may result in the immediate termination of access to the Service without prior notice. Lenks.Ai reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing prohibited content and reporting violators to law enforcement authorities.
By accepting these Terms and using the Service, please understand you are also agreeing to the terms of our Acceptable Use Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Trademark Usage Policy and, if applicable, the Product Specific Terms, Marketplace Creator Agreement, Developer Terms of Platform, Data Processing Addendum, and Beta Program Terms and Conditions.
3. Account Responsibility
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each account is personal—you may not share access or use others' credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, restricting access to your account, and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Lenks.Ai immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. Lenks.Ai will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or delete accounts at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your continued access may pose security risks. Your account may offer varying features and functionalities based on your subscription level, including options for team and workspace management.
4. Payment & Subscription
Some features or downloads may require payment. Lenks.Ai offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. Details of current plans are available on our website. Payment for subscription plans must be made in advance according to your selected billing cycle. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Prices displayed do not include taxes unless expressly stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes to subscriptions will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Lenks.Ai reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days before implementation. Additional terms may apply and become part of your agreement with Lenks.Ai. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and additional ones, the latter will prevail.
5. Limitation of Liability
All content is provided 'as is.' Lenks.Ai disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Lenks.Ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service. Lenks.Ai's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Lenks.Ai in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or $100 if you have not paid Lenks.Ai for the use of the Service. We are not liable for damages resulting from use, misuse, or reliance on the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or access. While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
You need to sign up for an Account to use Webflow. Choose a plan that works for you or for your company (if you're authorized to act on their behalf). If you set up an account through another service like Google, it’s OK for us to use your information as provided by that service. We may send you occasional emails about Webflow updates or your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its content are protected by copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property laws. Lenks.Ai retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and all related intellectual property. You may view content for internal use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission. Any use of software or user-uploaded content is subject to separate licenses. You retain all ownership rights to content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Lenks.Ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by Lenks.Ai without any obligation to compensate you.
7. Termination
Lenks.Ai may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without reason or notice. Any content submitted by you may be retained or deleted. Accounts in violation of copyright, intellectual property rights, or other terms may also be removed. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service. Upon termination, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately, Lenks.Ai may delete your account and all associated content, and any unpaid fees will become immediately due. The provisions of these Terms concerning intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, privacy, and any other terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of these Terms. Please check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If the changes are material, we may provide more prominent notice or obtain your consent as required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
